As the CEO of Academic Bridge Connect, she has successfully developed data-driven strategies to enhance educational consulting services, securing partnerships with multiple universities across the U.S..

Farangis Ibragimova is a leading OB-GYN doctor surgeon  and Ph.D. candidate for women empowerment and gender equality in Tajikistan, widely recognized for her contributions to women's health and advocacy for women's rights. With extensive connections to female organizations across the country, Farangis is an active community member committed to advancing women's health and well-being. Currently, she is developing a program aimed at educating women on pregnancy and parenthood, leveraging her medical expertise and community ties.

Rakhima Dustova is a seasoned public school teacher in Dushanbe, with an over 40-year career in elementary education. She has been recognized for her dedication to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, mentoring countless children, and contributing to the educational framework within her community. Over the years, she has built a vast network of relationships with teachers, principals, and community leaders across Dushanbe and surrounding rural districts, allowing her to stay closely attuned to the challenges and needs of both urban and remote schools.
